Superintendent - Multifamily and Commercial Projects
This person will be responsible for multiple commercial and multifamily projects.
Client Details
Our client is a small General Contractor based South of Boston. They serve in several markets including: Multifamily, Senior Living, and General Commercial. Their projects range from $40M - $60M, both ground up and fit outs. They pride themselves on their company culture and prioritize the well being of all employees. They are working on a Ground up Multifamily Projects on the South Shore of Massachusetts they are looking to staff. This project will go on for the next 18 months with plenty of work in the pipeline afterwards.
Description
Superintendent - Multifamily and Commercial Projects - Responsibilities:
- Overseeing on-site daily project operations
- Generating daily project reports
- Ensuring projects are progressing and per schedule and in accordance with local building codes and laws
- Ensures Safety codes/regulations are followed by laborers and staff
Profile
Superintendent - Multifamily and Commercial Projects - Successful Candidate:
- Holds a CSL
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading projects (Ideally in the Multifamily space)
- Experience utilizing construction software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Experience successfully overseeing ground up commercial/multifamily construction projects
Job Offer
Superintendent - Multifamily and Commercial Projects - Offer:
- Competitive base salary up to $175,000 depending on experience
