Profile
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of hospital renovation practices and working in occupied facilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth and innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across Central and Northern Virginia or Southern Maryland
Job Offer
- Salary: $105,000-$135,000+ (based on experience and location)
- Car Allowance: $1,000/month for Superintendents
