Description
As an integral part of the management team, the project manager will lead all ground up construction processes for several commercial projects running concurrently, valued at 15mil+ per project. in Addition the Successful Project manager will be responsible for:
- Managing an APM dedicated to project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the specific project
- Serving as the primary face of the business with the architect, client, and subcontractors
- Managing the budget and overseeing the schedule, in coordination with the Superintendent
Profile
The Successful Construction Project Manager Must Have:
- MINIMUM 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- a background building projects over $10 million in value
- communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times
- a Bachelor's Degree
Job Offer
The Project Manager - New Construction Work receives:
- Base salary up to $110,000
- Company truck + gas card
