They have built a strong reputation in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Higher Education, Commercial, and Civil markets, with over 80% of their business coming from long-term partnerships and repeat clients. With a robust pipeline of upcoming civil and utility projects, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of sitework and utility projects, including:
- Developing project controls, budgets, and schedules while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Overseeing permitting, licensing, and compliance for assigned projects.
- Managing subcontractors and field operations in collaboration with on-site Superintendents.
- Monitoring progress, investigating issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers to keep projects aligned with goals and expectations.
- Managing project financials, job cost reporting, and vendor contracts.
- Running progress meetings, issuing timely meeting minutes, and ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.
- Supporting bid preparation and assisting with special projects when required.
Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 4-6+ years of experience leading projects as a Project Manager.
