With a robust pipeline of upcoming civil and utility projects, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of sitework and utility projects, including:

• Developing project controls, budgets, and schedules while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Overseeing permitting, licensing, and compliance for assigned projects.
• Managing subcontractors and field operations in collaboration with on-site Superintendents.
• Monitoring progress, investigating issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers to keep projects aligned with goals and expectations.
• Managing project financials, job cost reporting, and vendor contracts.
• Running progress meetings, issuing timely meeting minutes, and ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.
• Supporting bid preparation and assisting with special projects when required.

Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 4-6+ years of experience leading projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong background in civil/sitework and utility construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid computer literacy and familiarity with construction software platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
