Construction Program Manager
We're seeking a Construction Program Manager to lead major project builds-typically $300M+ in total construction value. This is a key leadership role overseeing project execution, guiding on-site teams, and serving as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders.

With over 30 years of experience, they handle everything from planning and engineering to construction and startup for some of the most recognizable consumer brands. Their integrated approach and deep industry focus have made them a go-to partner for complex, large-scale industrial projects across North America and beyond.
Description
Travel Schedule: 10 Days On / 4 Days Off (All across U.S.)
Client Leadership:
Act as the client's trusted construction advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead regular reviews on schedule, budget, and progress with client stakeholders.
Anticipate and address client concerns while aligning deliverables with expectations.
Foster long-term, professional client relationships built on value, trust, and transparency.
Construction Oversight:
Manage and mentor on-site construction managers, field teams, and technical staff.
Oversee all phases of construction execution, safety, and project delivery.
Partner with office-based project managers to update scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Provide critical input on cost control, subcontractor performance, and schedule risk.
Administer change orders, site audits, inspections, and startup coordination.
Prepare and deliver executive-level construction reports for client leadership.
Profile
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
15+ years of industrial construction experience, with a strong preference for work in food & beverage facilities.
Proven track record managing $300M+ total construction budgets on complex industrial builds.
Extensive experience managing subcontractors and vendor teams.
Strong communicator and leader with the ability to guide cross-functional construction teams.
Skilled in MS Project and reviewing 3D models and technical drawings.
Design-build project experience is highly preferred.
Professional, polished, and strategic in client-facing interactions.
Willingness to travel up to 100% with a rotating 10 days on / 4 days off schedule.
