Sales - NJ & Eastern PA
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales professional to drive growth and expand market reach within manufacturing industry. This role will focus on building relationships with clients in the NJ and Eastern PA region, ensuring exceptional service and meeting sales targets.

Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the NJ and Eastern PA region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across multiple manufacturing industries.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client concerns effectively.

Profile
A successful Sales professional should have:
- Technical experience in packaging, preferably industral packaging or rigid packaging.
- A strong background in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
- Ability to travel within the territory.
Job Offer
