Project Manager- Healthcare Construction
An established general contractor in South Florida is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers the opportunity to manage technically complex projects while working with a dedicated, high-performing team.

Description
Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from planning to final handover.
Lead project teams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Develop project budgets, schedules, and scopes, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Ensure strict compliance with AHCA standards and other healthcare construction regulations.
Oversee subcontractor selection, contract administration, and risk management.
Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or healthcare construction.
Proven background managing ground-up or major renovation projects within hospitals, clinics, or medical offices.
Strong knowledge of AHCA requirements and healthcare project compliance.
Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
