Project Manager- Healthcare Construction

An established general contractor in South Florida is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers the opportunity to manage technically complex projects while working with a dedicated, high-performing team.

Description

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from planning to final handover.

• Lead project teams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Develop project budgets, schedules, and scopes, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

• Ensure strict compliance with AHCA standards and other healthcare construction regulations.

• Oversee subcontractor selection, contract administration, and risk management.

• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or healthcare construction.

• Proven background managing ground-up or major renovation projects within hospitals, clinics, or medical offices.

• Strong knowledge of AHCA requirements and healthcare project compliance.

• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.).

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
