We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering high-rise multifamily projects valued at $100M+. This is a leadership role offering the opportunity to manage landmark developments in Miami's skyline while working for one of the most respected general contractors in South Florida.

Description

• Oversee all aspects of project management from preconstruction through closeout for high-rise multifamily developments exceeding $100M+.

• Lead project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management to ensure timely delivery.

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and owners to align project objectives with design intent and budget constraints.

• Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high standards of performance, safety, and quality.

• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, delays, and conflicts to maintain smooth operations.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in large-scale, high-rise multifamily construction, with a track record of successfully delivering projects of $100M+ value. They will be a strategic thinker, a confident leader, and a skilled communicator who thrives in high-pressure environments. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in project management software and strong financial acumen.
