Senior Project Manager - Top Maine GC - Augusta, ME
The Senior Project Manager will lead multiple ground-up and design-build projects, overseeing a range of commercial work. Reporting directly to the owners, this role will manage project execution, supervising Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Our client is a well-established Design/Build General Contractor based in Augusta, Maine, with a strong track record spanning over four decades. Founded in 1979 as a residential home builder, they have since expanded into a full-service commercial contractor, specializing in a variety of project types across Maine, including municipal buildings, historical preservations, and commercial spaces. Known for their team-oriented culture, they are committed to supporting Maine's construction needs with a diverse, tight-knit team.
Description
- Project Leadership: Drive diverse projects from inception to completion, managing schedules, costs, and quality.
- Team Collaboration: Oversee a team of Project Managers and APMs, fostering teamwork and project excellence.
- Technical Proficiency: Use Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline for efficient project documentation, scheduling, and budget tracking.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure transparent communication and goal alignment.
Profile
- Experience: 7+ years in project management, ideally with design-build experience and a background in diverse commercial projects.
- Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering ground-up projects in commercial and municipal spaces.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline is required; open to learning and implementing new technologies.
Job Offer
- Competitive Salary: $110K-$140K depending on experience, with performance-based bonuses.
