Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
• Identify and resolve project-related challenges efficiently.
• Foster strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction with project deliverables.

Profile

• 5+ years experience in a Project Manager position
• Experience with Heavy Civil, Earth work, Remediation, etc.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
