Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects for a Nashville-based general contractor. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Description
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Review plans and specifications, resolving issues to avoid delays.
- Monitor job site progress and enforce safety and compliance standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
