Superintendent
We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for complex, ground-up commercial projects in the New Haven area. This role requires hands-on leadership, a sharp eye for quality and safety, and deep coordination skills from site mobilization through final punch list.

Description
Lead daily jobsite operations and manage all field activities from groundbreaking to TCO
Coordinate site logistics, subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections
Maintain and drive the master construction schedule in coordination with the Project Manager
Enforce safety policies and proactively identify and resolve risks on site
Ensure work is executed per plans, specs, and quality standards
Conduct daily huddles, weekly subcontractor meetings, and ensure clear site communication
Maintain project documentation, logs, and field reports
Work collaboratively with PMs, owners, architects, and inspectors to drive performance
Profile
7+ years of ground-up superintendent experience. Must have expertise managing subcontractors and schedules on $5M+ commercial builds.
7-15+ years of Superintendent experience with ground-up commercial projects ($5M-$40M+)
In-depth knowledge of all trades, sequencing, site logistics, and local building codes
Strong leadership and communication skills to direct field crews and collaborate across teams
Expertise in managing safety, quality control, and jobsite productivity
Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and other field management tools
OSHA 30 certification required; CPR/First Aid and additional safety training a plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings
Proven track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget
