CNC Manufacturing Specialist - Beverly, MA
The Manufacturing Specialist is providing critical support to Production, driving operational efficiency, improving product quality, and contributing to the successful manufacturing of high-precision products. This role is focused on optimizing production processes and ensuring targets are consistently met. Collaborating across departments, the specialist is helping to maintain high quality standards, improve schedule adherence and streamline product flow.

Description
In this role you will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
Troubleshooting machinery and process issues on the shop floor as identified by machine shop personnel and manufacturing engineers
Working hands-on with CNC lathes, machining centers, gear-cutting machines, and other equipment
Collaborating with manufacturing engineers, design engineers, quality control, supervisors, and operators to enhance productivity and product quality
Participating in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for quality issues
Assisting in training machine operators on company procedures and specific job requirements
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Associates degree or equivalent
- CAD/CAM drawing / design / dimensioning familiarity
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience
- MRP / ERP experience a plus
- Machine shop knowledge
