This client is a rapidly growing Contractor with a strong reputation in the Nashville area. They desire hard-working individuals with expertise in Concrete and wood-frame Construction. With a specialty in Multifamily and hospitality this group offers a wide range of construction planning and management services and are always committed to understanding their client's needs.

Description

• • Run/manage project thought all major framing
  • Manage Nashville Construction team
  • Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
  • Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
  • Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
  • Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

Profile

• • Concrete or Wood framing experience required
  • Experience with Multifamily and Hospitality is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction Superintendent
  • Experience handling high end luxury finishes.
