Construction Superintendent - Santa Clarita
Oversee and manage retail construction projects in Santa Clarita and Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for retail construction projects.
- Manage and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop construction strategies and resolve any construction-related challenges
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the retail construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Job Offer
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
