We are seeking a Senior Scheduler with a strong background in construction scheduling to join a highly respected and established construction firm. This is a leadership position within the company, reporting directly to the Senior VP of Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Primavera P6 and a proven track record in managing complex construction schedules.

Description

Senior Scheduler - Construction - Boston, MA - $175k - Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other key stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Oversee scheduling for various projects across multiple sectors, including Higher Education, Healthcare, K-12, Lab/Life Sciences, Commercial, and Corporate.
• Review project scope, contract terms, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling issues to minimize project delays.
• Provide detailed reporting and analysis to upper management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, as well as safety regulations.

Profile

Senior Scheduler - Construction - Boston, MA - $175k - Will have

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction scheduling (5+ years preferred).
• Extensive experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software is required.
• Project experience in one or more of the following sectors: Higher Education, Healthcare, Corporate, Commercial, or Lab/Life Sciences.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
