Senior Project Manager - Multifamily
The Senior Project Manager - Multifamily will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multifamily construction projects. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
- Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from initial planning to project closeout.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress to all relevant parties.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to meet project timelines.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager - Multifamily should have:
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
