Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Developer - Boston
We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent or #2 Superintendent with 4-10 years of experience to join a dynamic team managing large-scale, luxury multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will be close to stepping into a Superintendent role, with solid tenure from a strong general contractor (GC) and a background in multifamily construction. Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Developer - Boston - Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of multifamily projects in Weston, MA, and other locations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee construction teams and subcontractors, providing leadership and guidance to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, handle project scheduling, and maintain safety and quality standards on-site.
- Opportunity to step into a Superintendent role once you've led a project to completion.

Job Offer
Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Developer - Boston - Will receive
- Base Salary: 110,000 - 130,000
- Annual Bonus: 15% of base salary.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks of vacation per year.
- Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
