Our client is a well-respected and established General Contractor in Columbus with over 50 years of success across multiple market sectors. Known for its training and development programs, this GC has several high-profile hospital projects coming up and is looking for an experienced leader to manage them.
Description
Healthcare Project Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project leadership and foster a proactive project safety culture
- Oversee bid packages and subcontractor procurement.
- Manage subcontractor meetings to ensure project goals are met.
- Review invoices and documentation for timely funding.
- Lead cost reporting, contracts, and scope revisions to maintain financial health.
- Represent the GC in subcontract negotiations.
Profile
Healthcare Project Manager - Successful Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
- Healthcare construction expertise (hospital projects & ICRA knowledge preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction technology and skilled trades.
- Ability to review and interpret all construction documents.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Job Offer
The Healthcare Project Manager will be offered:
- Base salary: $110,000-$140,000
- Bonus: $12,500-$20,000 annually (project/profit-based).
