Description
- Manage all project phases, from initiation to completion
- Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration
- Control project budgets and track financial performance
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues to stay on track
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules
- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports
Profile
- Proven experience in managing data center construction projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct on-site teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients and subcontractors
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards, processes, and best practices
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and budgets effectively
- Problem-solving abilities to resolve challenges efficiently and keep projects on track
- A solid track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring contract compliance
Job Offer
- A competitivebase salary range of around $150,000 to $250,000 yearly, depending on experience.
