Manufacturing Engineer- Automotive- Springfield, MA
The Manufacturing Engineer will oversee manufacturing and production floor projects while leading project through ahnds on and leadership practices.

Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:
- Improve manufacturing processes through cost-reduction and quality improvements
- Oversee process conditions of the manufacturing equipment on the production floor
- Support cross functional teams like Mechanical Engineers with study analysis and more
- Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new products
Profile
The successful Manufacturing Site Lead will have the following qualifications:
- BS in Engineering (manufacturing, mechanical).
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing.
- Background in Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, ISO and CAD.
- Ability to apply skills as they apply to tooling and machining.
