Program Lead - Commercial Business Digital Solutions

• Program Lead to drive the execution of digital initiatives that support commercial business transformation. This role will oversee the delivery of cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, operational readiness, and measurable business outcomes.

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of digital programs across commercial business units.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product managers, IT, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Champion user-centric design and digital adoption strategies across commercial teams.
• Use Agentic thinking and automation to dramatically improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
• Track KPIs and report on program health to executive stakeholders.
• Support change management and adoption strategies across impacted teams.

Profile

A successful Program Lead - Commercial Business Digital Solutions should have:

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in digital transformation or commercial systems.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale digital initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and their role in commercial operations.
• Deep experience with Microsoft D365 Sales is preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, SAFe, or similar certifications are a plus.
• U.S. citizenship required.
