Project Manager - Large Ground Up Commercial
My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee large ground-up multifamily and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a senior-level PM with a proven track record in managing complex, large-scale construction projects, particularly in the multifamily and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with projects ranging up to $60M.

Description
Project Manager - Large Ground Up Commercial - Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multifamily and commercial construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead project teams, including coordination with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality controls.
Monitor and report on project progress, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Oversee project compliance with safety, legal, and environmental regulations.
Utilize project management software (Procore) for reporting, documentation, and scheduling.
Work closely with leadership to ensure resource availability and project execution across multiple active projects.
