Customer Success Manager

Description
- Own onboarding and lifecycle management for merchants generating $30M-$500M in annual revenue
- Analyze KPIs (margins, ROI, forecasting) and advise on profitability and growth
- Act as a strategic partner on international expansion and omni-channel optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams (ops, compliance, product) to resolve escalations
- Build scalable processes and playbooks to improve client experience and retention
Profile
- 2-5 years in Customer Success or Account Management (DTC e-commerce preferred)
- Strong financial acumen and comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and other omni-channel retail platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with C-level stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
