Senior Regional Sales Manager - Valves - Gulf Coast
- Own and grow a high-potential territory across the Gulf Coast within the Oil & Gas markets
- Drive new business development while managing and expanding OEM & EPC relationships across the region

Description
- Take ownership of a Gulf Coast territory with a clear mandate to drive meaningful revenue growth over the near term
- Focus on both new business development and expanding existing Oil & Gas accounts
- Lead commercial efforts for a portfolio of safety and pressure relief valve solutions within a specialized product line
- Develop and execute strategies to engage EPCs, win project specifications, and secure AVL (Approved Vendor List) placements
- Build and strengthen relationships with EPCs, OEMs, channel partners, and end users across the region
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership to align on go-to-market strategy and resource planning
- Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and territory planning to consistently achieve growth targets
- Support technical bids, specifications, and quotations to drive successful project wins
- Provide ongoing market feedback and competitive intelligence to help shape business strategy and positioning
- Enable and support channel partners through product training and sales collaboration
- Operate in a highly autonomous, visible role with direct exposure to North America sales leadership
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales within valves, flow control, or related industrial products
- Strong experience within Oil & Gas markets, particularly selling into EPCs and OEMs
- Proven track record of scaling territories and driving revenue growth
- Experience with pressure relief valves, safety valves, or similar engineered valve products
- Familiarity with AMLs (Approved Manufacturer Lists) and navigating EPC-driven specifications
- Established relationships across the Gulf Coast EPC and energy ecosystem
- Ability to manage both new business development and key account growth
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in long-cycle, technical sales environments
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams
- Willingness to travel up to ~50% across the Gulf Coast region
Job Offer
