- Oversee overall operations of construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and enhance operational efficiency
- Manage client relationships and lead business development efforts to secure new projects
- Lead and mentor project managers, supervisors, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements
- Handle contract negotiations and mitigate project risks
