Lead Superintendent - Healthcare Construction
- Lead the field execution of a major healthcare renovation converting an existing retail structure into a freestanding ER and clinical care facility.
- This role offers true ownership of a technically complex healthcare project with future opportunities across healthcare and multifamily work.

Our client is a long-standing South Florida general contractor with a strong healthcare and multifamily portfolio. Their hands-on leadership style and consistent negotiated work provide Project Managers the opportunity to fully own complex projects.
Description
Oversee day-to-day site operations on healthcare projects
Manage renovation and structural modifications in active environments
Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and design teams
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and healthcare standards
Maintain site schedules and sequencing
Communicate proactively with project leadership
Drive project closeout and turnover
Profile
10+ years of Superintendent experience with a GC
Strong background in healthcare construction
Experience leading $20M+ projects preferred
Comfortable with renovation and adaptive reuse work
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Flexible to support future multifamily projects if needed
Job Offer
Base salary: $150K-$200K
