Application Support Specialist
Client Details
The client is an established bank in NYC. They are looking for someone to sit onsite 3 days a week.
Description
- Provide level 1 and 2 support for end-users and IT, including trading applications.
- Integrate corporate and capital markets applications into the environment.
- Collaborate with local and head office development teams for application releases.
- Develop tools to improve end-user service levels and support task efficiency.
- Familiar with ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem Management), ServiceNow, and CI/CD pipelines with security integration.
Profile
- Experience with Control-M or job scheduling and scripting languages (Perl, UNIX, Windows).
- Strong problem-solving skills and solid technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, application design, and connectivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Job Offer
A 12 month contract with an established firm with room for growth. Possibility of extensions and conversion to full time employment!
