Description

• Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets company and client standards.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders as needed.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to achieve project goals effectively.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - NH Work - Multifamily/Commercial should have:

• Mid to Senior Level Superintendent
• A lot of work in North Conway area, but comfortable commuting throughout NH
• Woodframe Multifamily experience
• Ground Up project Experience
• Proven experience in managing multifamily and commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
