We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury custom homes from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in managing complex, high-end residential projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards and client satisfaction.

Description

  • Project Planning and Coordination:

    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
    • Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting accountability and teamwork.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
    • Provide regular project updates, address client concerns, and ensure their vision is realized.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications, luxury finishes, and high-quality standards.
    • Conduct inspections and promptly address any deficiencies or issues.
  • Budget and Cost Control:

    • Track project costs, manage change orders, and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, permits, and regulations.
    • Enforce company and industry safety standards on all job sites.

Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on high-end residential construction.
    • Proven ability to manage custom home builds from start to finish.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
    • Strong understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented and committed to excellence.
