Project Manager - Ground Up Projects - Beverly MA

The Project Manager will play a key role in leading various projects across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, primarily on the Northshore but with some upcoming opportunities in Southern MA and Cape Cod. This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years in construction or a long-tenured Assistant Project Manager from a larger company ready to step up.

With a 'one-stop-shop' approach, they oversee all project aspects, from planning and design to construction management, for private, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Known for a collaborative culture, they focus on delivering quality construction and real estate development with projects ranging from commercial and tech facilities to retail and non-profit spaces.

Description

• Project Oversight: Lead a diverse range of projects, managing schedules, budgets, and client relationships to ensure projects meet high-quality standards.
• Client Interaction: Maintain strong communication with clients, acting as their main point of contact to keep them informed and engaged throughout each project phase.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with site teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
• Technology Utilization: Use tech tools to streamline project management and communication, bridging a key gap in technical skills among current team members.

Profile

• Experience: 5+ years as a project manager, or a well-tenured assistant project manager from a larger company, experienced in renovations and interiors; ground-up project experience is a bonus
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with project management software and tech tools to improve workflows and reporting.
• Versatile Background: Proven ability to manage both renovation/interior projects as well as ground-up builds.
• Location Flexibility: Able to work in-office in Beverly, MA, five days a week, with some flexibility for hybrid work if needed.
