Interim Legal Counsel - CLOs
Join a leading organization in the financial services industry as an Interim Legal Counsel specializing in CLOs. This interim role offers the opportunity to provide legal expertise and support to a fast-paced and professional team in New York.

Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to CLOs and other financial instruments.
- Provide legal advice on structured finance transactions and regulatory compliance matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and legal standards.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Support the legal department in managing risk and resolving potential legal issues.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
- Work with external counsel and other stakeholders as needed to address complex legal matters.
- Maintain organized records of legal documentation and case files.

Profile
A successful Interim Legal Counsel - CLOs should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the state bar in New York.
- Strong knowledge of CLOs, structured finance, and related legal frameworks.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for complex legal documents.
- Ability to analyze and interpret legal issues in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
