Construction Superintendent - Academic & Public up to $20M
Superintendent- Commercial/Public will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires expertise in the construction industry and strong organizational and leadership skills.

Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Identify and address potential risks or issues that may impact project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile
A successful Superintendent - CT should have:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects within the Academic or Public projects industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate multiple aspects of projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to work with diverse teams and clients.
- A results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
