Production Supervisor

Description

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily and weekly manufacturing targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards across all production processes.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and resolve issues.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to foster a high-performing team.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management review.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and adherence to operational schedules.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department.
