We are seeking a dedicated Civil Bridge Superintendent in Syracuse who is experienced in overseeing all phases of bridge construction projects. The ideal candidate will excel in leadership, decision-making, and have a strong knowledge of construction methodologies and industry regulations.

Description

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage onsite constructions crews, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers
• Plan and oversee the execution of all construction activities
• Ensure project stays within budget and on schedule
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Ensure legal obligations and safety laws are followed
• Report on project progress to stakeholders

Profile

A successful Civil Bridge Superintendent should have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in bridge construction
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and procedures
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong understanding of safety and building codes, and regulatory requirements
