LIHTC Asset Manager

The Asset Manager will support real estate development projects from site acquisition through construction and stabilization. NYCHA experience is essential, as this role will support projects involving public-sector coordination and complex urban development requirements.

This opportunity is with a New York-based real estate development firm focused on large-scale mixed-use and multifamily projects. The firm has extensive experience partnering with public agencies, including NYCHA, on complex urban developments.

Description

• Support development projects across the full development lifecycle
• Assist with site acquisition, underwriting, and feasibility analysis
• Coordinate due diligence with consultants, architects, and engineers
• Support entitlement, permitting, zoning, and NYCHA coordination
• Track development budgets, schedules, and milestones
• Assist during construction with cost tracking and reporting
• Prepare materials for internal reviews and stakeholder meetings
• Conduct market research to support development strategy

Profile

A successful Asset Manager should have:

• Direct experience working with NYCHA or NYCHA-affiliated projects
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes
• Experience supporting underwriting, feasibility, or project analysis
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
