Description
- Monitor and streamline the interview process, maintaining consistency and avoiding any scheduling conflicts or logistical issues.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person, virtual, and phone interviews, ensuring that all participants have the necessary details (e.g., time, location, Zoom links).
- Communicate interview details to candidates and provide them with any necessary preparation materials
- Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure candidates have a positive interview experience by maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Work closely with HCM team members, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals, priorities, and expectations
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative, HR, or scheduling role, preferably in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in a Financial Services Firm preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and calendar management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented: Ability to manage intricate scheduling details and maintain accurate records.
- Proactive: Anticipate needs and potential challenges in the recruitment process to mitigate issues before they arise.
- Customer-focused: Dedication to providing an exceptional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
