My client is a mid-sized General Contractor based out of the Greater St. Louis area. They provide quality general contracting services in multiple markets such as education, health care, hospitality, office, and municipal. - Project Managers could potentially be involved in diverse projects, such as a bank project and educational initiatives
- Typically overseeing 2-3 projects concurrently, each not exceeding $25M in total value
- They collaborate closely with Superintendents
- Managing projects comprehensively from initiation to completion without direct team leadership responsibilities
- Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture
- Great written and verbal skills
- Build relationships
- Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
- Minimal travel, dependent on project
Profile
- Have at least 5 years of Project Management experience
- The ability to start effectively immediately
- Estimating experience is beneficial, as involvement in bids is preferred
- Ground-up commercial experience is essential, along with strong customer orientation for front line interactions
- A positive attitude
- Effective communication skills both verbally and via email
- The ability to foster a familial atmosphere are also crucial attributes
Job Offer
- Base salary $105,000 - $130,000 dependent on experience
- Bonus earning potential 10-20% of base salary
