Junior Estimator - Commercial
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to support our preconstruction team on commercial projects, including retail, office, and tenant improvement work. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of construction principles and a strong interest in cost estimating. This role involves assisting in quantity takeoffs, collecting subcontractor pricing.

Profile
The ideal candidate is an ambitious and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in commercial construction and cost estimating. They may have recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or have 1-2 years of relevant industry experience. They are eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable working with numbers, drawings, and construction documents.
This candidate brings a collaborative mindset, is a strong communicator, and takes initiative when supporting senior estimators during bid preparation and project takeoff. Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Excel is a plus. They are driven to grow their technical skills and are excited about contributing to a variety of commercial projects, including retail, office, and tenant improvements.
