Traveling Superintendent : High End Retail
We are seeking an experienced High End Retail Superintendent with 5+ years of interiors, build out and renovation construction experience to oversee all aspects of project execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive high end mall/retail/big box projects to his/her name. Will be responsible for managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules in alignment with company standards.

Description
Oversee and manager all on site construction activities from start to finish.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Enforce all safety regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes.
Conduct regular site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain workflow.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and site logs.
Profile
Degree in Construction Management preferred.
5+ years of renovation, interior build out, tenant improvement projects (detailed project list required for consideration)
Proven experience in retail/big box projects from start to finish
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct on-site teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients and subcontractors
Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and budgets effectively
Problem-solving abilities to resolve challenges efficiently and keep projects on track
A solid track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring contract compliance
Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam and Primavera P6.

Job Offer
A competitive salary range between $110,000 to $130,000 yearly.
