Description
- Lead and manage higher education construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Oversee all phases of construction, including planning, execution, and close-out.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations at all times.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
- Mentor and lead project teams to achieve high performance and professional growth.

Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager - Higher Ed should have:
- 10-15+ years experience in leadership/ senior role
- A strong background in construction project management, particularly in the higher education sector.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complex challenges.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes in Boston.
