They are actively seeking a Senior Superintendent to join their Raleigh team.

Description
The Senior Superintendent - 100 year old General Contractor - Raleigh will be responsible for:
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, setting clear milestones and deadlines. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Site Management: Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring the project remains within budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering solutions when necessary.
- Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing issues as they arise. Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and incident reports.
- Change Order Management: Evaluate and process change orders in collaboration with project managers and clients, ensuring proper documentation and execution of changes.
- Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate labor, materials, and equipment to keep the project moving forward efficiently. Forecast resource needs and ensure timely material deliveries.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections to ensure that work adheres to project specifications and industry standards.
Profile
The Senior Superintendent - 100 year old General Contractor - Raleigh should have:
- 7-10+ years as a Superintendent with a General Contractor, with a proven track record in delivering projects
- Large-scale Commercial, Light Industrial, or Multifamily projects required - $25M+
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction software and tools, as well as proficiency in budgeting and scheduling.
Job Offer
The Senior Superintendent - 100 year old General Contractor - Raleigh will receive:
- Highly competitive base salary - $115,000-165,000+
- Company Bonuses - project & annual
