Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects up to $25 million in value, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Description
The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify and resolve any construction issues or conflicts.
- Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and sequencing of work.
- Maintain a safe working environment, enforcing compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Profile
The Lead Superintendent will have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in commercial construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects up to $25 million in value.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Must have an MA-CSL
