Description

• Manage OSHPD-regulated construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure all records meet regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team as needed.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
