Description

🔹 Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid proposals for heavy civil projects
🔹 Analyze project specifications, drawings, and subcontractor quotes to ensure accurate pricing
🔹 Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to refine estimates and improve cost efficiencies
🔹 Develop relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners to stay updated on pricing and market trends
🔹 Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations as needed

Profile

✅ Estimating experience in heavy civil (highways, utilities, earthwork, site development, etc.)
✅ Strong proficiency in estimating software (e.g., HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek, etc.)
✅ Ability to break down complex projects and provide accurate cost analysis
✅ Strong understanding of construction methods, labor, and material costs
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
