Assistant Project Manager

Client Details

A specialized boutique GC delivering commercial interiors, office TI's, large‑scale renovations, and select new construction residential projects from $5M-$30M in value.

Description

• Assist with submittals, RFIs, schedule updates, and document control
• Support project execution for a 46‑unit historic hotel renovation and future pipeline work
• Read drawings and coordinate with supers and subcontractors
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Dropbox, and MS Office tools
• Collaborate directly with the Project Manager and company leadership

Profile

• 2-3+ years at a commercial GC
• Bilingual preferred
• Procore experience a plus
• Ability to manage submittals, RFIs, drawing reviews, and basic project workflows

Job Offer

• Salary: $75,000-$100,000
