Project Engineer- Luxury Residential

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in luxury residential construction to join our dynamic team in Jupiter, FL. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-end, custom home projects while gaining hands-on exposure to all facets of project management.

Description

• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in day-to-day project operations.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

• Track project schedules and budgets, reporting progress to senior leadership.

• Conduct site visits to monitor quality control and compliance with project plans.

• Support the resolution of project-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in residential construction, ideally in the luxury or custom home sector.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality results.
