Project Engineer- Luxury Residential
We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in luxury residential construction to join our dynamic team in Jupiter, FL. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-end, custom home projects while gaining hands-on exposure to all facets of project management.

Description
Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in day-to-day project operations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Track project schedules and budgets, reporting progress to senior leadership.
Conduct site visits to monitor quality control and compliance with project plans.
Support the resolution of project-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Profile
1-2 years of experience in residential construction, ideally in the luxury or custom home sector.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality results.
