Description

Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily/ Healthcare - Falmouth, MA - Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with trades and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Utilize project management software including PlanGrid, Procore, and Sage 300 Timberline.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.

Profile

Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily/ Healthcare - Falmouth, MA - Will have

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record in overseeing ground-up construction, specifically in multifamily and healthcare sectors.
• Experience with projects valued at $10 million or more.
• Wood frame construction experience is required; candidates with only concrete experience will not be considered.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
