Project Manager - Multifamily + Public Construction Projects
As the Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards.

This position is with a growing mid-sized General Contractor focused on Affordable Housing and Public sector projects valued up to $30 million. Description
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
