Description

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for heavy civil and site development projects.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervise subcontractors, trades, and labor while enforcing strict safety protocols.

• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and local officials.

• Resolve field issues in real time, keeping projects moving efficiently.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in civil construction.

• Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, grading, drainage, and infrastructure projects.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and municipal regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, on-time projects in the Long Island or NYC metro area.
